Hide

Hide individual words

  1. Select the text in the page
  2. Click the Hide individual words button

It can be done by right clicking the selected texts, and choose the Blur word by word or Redact word by word menu item from the context menu. BlurPage will apply the Blur of Redact effect to the selected words.

Hide entire lines

  1. Select the text in the page
  2. Click the Hide entire lines button

It can be done by right clicking the selected texts, and choose the Blur lines or Redact lines menu item from the context menu. BlurPage will apply the Blur of Redact effect to the selected lines.

Hide an area

  1. Click the Hide an area button
  2. The button turns its background to blue. It indicates that you are ready to create an area. If you don't want to create an area, then pressing the Escape key.
  3. Click the mouse on the page, and drag the mouse to the other position that you want to form an area

You can move the area to the desired position by clicking and dragging it.

Hide an element

  1. Click the Hide an element button
  2. The button turns its background to blue. It indicates that you are in the inspect mode.
  3. Hover the mouse on the element you want to hide. The application will add a blue border to the target element once it is hovered on.
  4. Click the element to blur. Click the element again to unhide it.

Tip Pressing the Escape key will bring you back to the normal mode.
